A Bit About Me
I am Catherine Leone, a multi-medium artist from Northern Colorado specializing in fantasy, science fiction, and humanoid-centric content. My passion is concept art, where I can bring characters, creatures, weaponry, and environmental assets to life. In traditional art mediums, I have experience using brush and spray paints, clay, resin, glass, fiber, and wood. For digital creations, I have experience using the following software: Proceate, Procreate Dreams, Autodesk (Maya and Mudbox), Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, InDesign, and AfterEffects), and Unreal Engine. In the workforce, I thrive off of deadlines and can productively work on projects in a group or individual setting.

October 2024
Immersive Art Installation Artist
Spectra Art Space in Denver, Colorado, hosts their annual immersive art experience, currently titled Spookadelia: The Fracture. This year, I was given a triangular room measuring roughly 216.95 square feet. For this installation, I painted the walls made of recycled doors, a topographical map-like design, while upholstering the ceiling with custom holographic fabric. I worked with resin, glass, fabric, beads, and other materials to create the touch-friendly art inside the room. This room is illuminated by lighting installations in the corners and windows of the room as well as a TV display mounted in the room to project the storyline of the immersive.
Summer 2020
COVID Street Barricade Artist
In the summer of 2020, downtown Longmont, Colorado, began putting barricades in their Main Street shopping district to encourage people to support restaurants during the pandemic while adhering to social distancing regulations. During this time, I was asked to paint one of the barricades, measuring 3 feet high by 20 feet long. The base was concrete and the designs were made using acrylic, applied via spray, brushes, and pens.
November 2024 - Present
Volunteer Concept Artist
In early November of 2024, I began working with P1 Games as a volunteer concept artist. P1 Games is the home of a series of communities that celebrate the values of putting people above all else. Here, I collaborate with a team of other game developers toward positive-impact game and software projects. My current role is providing concept art based on descriptions of sea creatures, ocean explorative hazards, and plant life that pertain to our current project, Re-Breather.
